Fore Fall

Since the wedding, life has settled in, Mark and I are dating again too! Sounds odd, but it's true. We enjoyed a date day yesterday and I really enjoyed our time chatting and laughing. It still stands, we can say anything to each other, not judge and have it turn into run on joke. Life is good.

Ali and I have been passing the days learning the sounds letters make, playing golf, running to occasional errand, definitely NOT cleaning out pumpkins.

Ali self adjusts somehow the weeks before Daylight Savings, it's odd, but true. She's been waking just a little later each morning so as the clocks change, her sleep/awake times are just right. I've noticed it the last few years but don't put it together until the time actually changes and we're back to our normal times.

Princess Aurora (aka Sleeping Beauty) ready to go trick or treating

The best dad in the world! He shovelled all the snow in the back yard to make a sledding hill!

This is comfy?

Trick or Treat..or Goldfish

Lexa wouldn't let a cold keep her from joining the festivities. Halloween day had warmed up quite a bit so I layered our little princess. Last year she refused to wear her costume but this year wasn't a problem with her beautiful dress, wings, tiara and wand. I think based on her daily outfits, it's really been Halloween everyday since her birthday heh.

Ready to go!

Come on! Let's go!

First house done, more to go!

I had asked Lexa if she would share, she quickly looked over the pile and kindly gave me... the little bag of goldfish crackers. Smart girl!
